Hi I’m David. I first met Justus at our church’s youth group and of course didn’t realize how the relationship would grow into the close friendship it is today. I feel truly blessed to be able and look back and see the ways that we have both matured. It’s been remarkable to witness the way that he and Loralei”s relationship has continued to deepen and how they have striven for the God’s glory in how they proceed; and so my prayer for them in this next chapter is this: that they continue to pursue godliness now united in marriage and that their relationship be met with innumerable blessings.

Hey ya'll my name is Anya Prather!! I have the honor of standing by Loralei as her Maid of Honor on her special day! As soon as I met Loralei at Doxa Church in 2023, I knew that this friendship would last a lifetime. I've shared so many unforgettable memories with her from late night gas station and McDonald runs, to trips to a ballet that I was completely confused about. I've shared so many meaningful memories with her, but what has bonded us both is our shared faith in Jesus Christ. Witnessing Loralei and Justus build their relationship on the foundation of Christ has been a beautiful reminder of God's faithfulness. It's a privilege to celebrate this day as they commit their lives to one another before God. My hope is that their marriage will shine as a testimony of His goodness and bring joy to all who know them.

Justus and Loralei's engagement made my heart so happy for them. Loralei has always been my role model and best friend since birth. Hey I’m Nick. I’ve known Justus and Loralei for probably almost 5 years but didn’t really start becoming friends with them until about a year and a half ago. Justus and I really hit it off at summer camp one week and I have considered him one of my best friends since. I genuinely don’t think I’ve made more amazing memories with any other person in such a short amount of time. We have so many crazy stories. With that being said I’m very proud of what he and Loralei have been doing with their lives. I’ve loved seeing him and Loralei glorify God through their relationship and I’m excited to see them continue to grow towards God.

Hey all, I’m Jacob Amano! I met Justus through Doxa youth group, and we quickly bonded over mountain biking! It has been a pleasure to have watched him grow in his walk with the Lord, and I am so grateful to have him as an example of a Godly young man. I have observed him and Loralei from the beginnings of their relationship, and it has been inspiring and convicting to have seen how they desire to honor God in all things. I pray that both Loralei and Justus would grow in their marriage and walk with the Lord. Best wishes to both of them.

I have always looked up to Loralei and her persistence to always put God first. Hey, I’m Gianna! Loralei and I met each other at church in 2021. We were fast friends and bonded over so many shared interests. Fun fact: I absolutely love hiking and the outdoors, so some of my favorite memories with Loralei are the times we spent outside together. She started coming to Doxa church with me, and I am super grateful for the role that Loralei has played in my life. She’s given me advice and seen me at my worst. Through some tough times, Loralei and I have continued on as friends, and I am beyond excited to soon call her my sister. I wish the newlyweds the very best and cannot wait to support in any way I can from now until forever!

Hi, I’m Serena! I first met Loralei a few years ago through my siblings and at youth group, and over time, we’ve become good friends. I’ve especially enjoyed the adventures we’ve had together, like going to the lake, to Santa Cruz, or even when she comes over and we just play Fortnite together! Watching her become such an important part of our family and seeing her and Justus together has been a joy. I’m so excited to be part of their big day and celebrate the love they share.

“A wise son brings joy to his father…” King Solomon, Proverbs 10:1a Justus is a fulfillment of the Almighty’s promise that children are a blessing and are to be considered like arrows in the hand of a warrior. Since he has come into the world Justus has been a humble, caring, determined and faithful son, brother and friend. I’ve learned from him it is possible to be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry. To see him come into his own as man of God brings peace and joy to me. A tree is known by its fruit. God has honored and blessed Justus by bringing Loralei and her family into his life. Loralei is a wonderful encouragement in the faith to our family, and I am humbled and honored she soon will be a part of it. It is my commitment to continue to pray for and learn from the bride and bridegroom all my days!
