As a rule-of-thumb, the sooner you book, the best price you'll get. However, we recommend watching flights and Tuesday's seem to be a day when prices drop. The typical range you should expect is $700-$1200 roundtrip.

You are more than welcome to rent a car! Especially if you are wanting to explore Tuscany. There are private taxi services in Poggibonsi, though they do require reservations. If you decide to rent a car, the venue has plenty of guest parking. Transportation arrangements to/from the venue on Wedding Day is TBD.
Please check "Travel + Lodging" for updates. You are also free to book separate accommodation. There are many airbnbs in the area, as well as bigger hotels further out of town.
WELCOME PARTY: White Out Everyone please dress in whites/creams/tans. Elevated Casual Attire. Men: Button-Downs + Slacks Women: Nice Dinner-Wear Shoes: Whatever looks best with your outfit! WEDDING: Black Out Everyone please dress in all black; do not be scared to dress to the nines! Formal attire & black tie-optional. Men: (White button-down is okay!) Woman: Go crazy! (In black) BRUNCH: Linens or other european-chic fits. Think you are sitting in a cute alley-cafe. Casual Attire. REMINDER: Italians are fashionable no matter where they are going and we would like to follow-suit.
Totally understandable! International travel can be daunting, but we are hear to answer any questions. Italians are the best, as long as you're respectful (like everyone). We've had extra-exceptional experiences when we've greeted people in their language.
