Friday’s welcome party will be smart casual and the wedding on Saturday, cocktail attire. Ladies, as you are making your shoe selection - please note that the majority of the events will be outside and on grass. Block heels or wedges are encouraged.
We will be emailing out detailed information to all guests who plan to attend. It will contain a link to register for an appointment. It will take approximately six hours for LifeHope to process your results (unless overnight hours apply). When ready, you will receive an email notifying you that your results are available. Follow the instructions in the email to check them on your phone or computer. A concierge representative from LifeHope will be on property on Thursday and Friday to help you access results and answer any questions.
No. The processing time will be 6 hours unless overnight hours apply. The lab's email confirmation is auto-populated and the lab is unable to change the verbiage for our guests without changing for all of their clients.
If you need to change your appointment, reply to your email confirmation and let the lab know what time you would like to change it to. The system doesn’t allow you to go back in and change on your own.
Please let us know if you are unable to make any of the testing times listed and we will work with you to figure out the best solution.
For those guests who want to stay on the property, available accommodations include hotel rooms at the Inn, private one-bedroom cottages, and private multi-bedroom cottages. Please call the resort and mention the Bastian/Gannon wedding to book with our preferred rates.
We have worked with the reservations team at Barnsley Resort to move all bookings in May to our new weekend in August. You will be receiving a confirmation email from the resort. If you are still able to attend and want to keep the same room, you do not need to do anything! If you are no longer able to attend or would like to change your room, you can either respond to the confirmation email or call Barnsley Resort: 770.773.748 (9am – 5pm ET).
Barnsley is an "off-the-beaten-path resort" in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains north of Atlanta.
