Will The Ceremony And Reception Be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside with the party starting inside after its conclusion! Please dress accordingly and make sure to check the weather leading up to the event! In addition, please keep in mind that the venue primarily has grass and gravel terrain.

What Do We Wear?

Answer

Great question! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting your Sunday best attire! We cannot wait to see you!

Can I Bring A Guest/Date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at The Headquarters, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear on your RSVP form. Your invitation will be made out to "{ Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family and look forward to seeing your friendly faces!

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, the venue does have a limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and have a detailed list in terms of your party. In addition, any children who have been invited will be present on the invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if you and your significant other have been invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves!

Is There Parking Available At The Venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Although, we do recommend carpooling to prevent overcrowding!

Will Alcohol Be Served?

Yes! We’ll have a cash bar with a few beer and wine options. We've worked to keep prices low so everyone can enjoy a beverage without breaking the bank. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can We Take Pictures Throughout The Day?

Answer

We want all to be present in the moment. We will have an amazing team of photographers, so we will be having a fully "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we are requesting all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony is concluded, please feel free to take as many photos as you want! Let's get this party started!

What Should I Do If I Can't Make It?

You will be dearly missed! While we understand that you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVP'ing "No", so we can plan accordingly!
