FAQs

The Bride and Groom are doing Vegas—easy and fun—so let’s keep it wrinkle-free 🎉 If you have any questions that aren't answered here, please text JenLeigh at 541-543-3955.
Question

Is cannabis allowed on the wedding venue property?

Answer

Absolutely not. The venue has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of cannabis — this includes vaping, smoking, edibles, or anything else containing THC or CBD. If anyone is caught using or even possessing cannabis on the property, the entire wedding will be shut down immediately and everyone will be asked to leave on the spot. No warnings, no second chances. If you choose to partake, you must walk at least a block and a half away from the venue property. Please don’t risk ending the celebration early — the venue enforces this rule strictly and without exceptions.

Question

Can I take shots or order drinks “neat” at the reception?

Answer

No — shots and drinks served neat are not allowed at the venue. If you want the same spirit, order it on the rocks (with ice) or in a mixed cocktail and you’re good to go. This is a strict venue policy and helps keep service safe and orderly.

Question

Can I bring a guest or “plus one” to the wedding?

Answer

Only if your invitation specifically includes a guest by name. We love all your people, but due to limited space and seating, only those listed on the invitation are invited.

Question

Can I bring kids to the wedding?

Answer

No. Though we love your children, this is strictly an adults only wedding.

Question

When should I fly in and out?

Answer

Most of the wedding party will arrive Saturday with the bachelor and bachelorette parties on Sunday, April 19th. You can depart anytime after the wedding festivities wrap up, likely on April 23rd or later. Feel free to make it a mini vacation come early, stay late, and enjoy all that Vegas has to offer!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Hotel Accommodations We’re so excited to celebrate with you at The Grove Las Vegas on April 22, 2026! Room Block Update: The courtesy room block at Flamingo has sold out! Unfortunately, we no longer have access to discounted rooms through the block. However, you can still book directly. Hotels Near The Grove If you’d like to stay closer to the venue or use rewards points, here are great nearby options — all with free parking and just a short drive away: Reward-Friendly: Home2 Suites by Hilton Northwest Las Vegas (~1.9 miles) – Kitchenettes, free breakfast, pet-friendly. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Las Vegas Northwest (~3.3 miles) – Modern rooms, free breakfast & Wi-Fi. Casino-Friendly: Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino (~4.3 miles) – Casino, bowling, and dining. Aliante Casino Hotel & Spa (~5 miles) – Full resort with casino, spa, and restaurants. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and appreciate you making the trip to Las Vegas!

Question

Should I book a rental car?

Answer

Not necessary! For convenience, we recommend Uber/Lyft and consider sharing rides with other guests. Parking at most hotels can be pricey, and rideshare makes getting around the Strip much easier. Parking & Transportation: Parking is around $20–$25 per day. We recommend using Uber/Lyft or carpooling with other guests to make things easy.

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Ceremony & Reception: The Grove Wedding Venue. Located at: 8080 Al Carrison St, Las Vegas, NV 89131

Question

How do I get to the wedding and is there parking?

Answer

The Grove is off the Strip and offers free parking for guests. For convenience, you can also consider Uber, Lyft, or sharing rides with other guests to make getting to and from the venue easy and stress-free.

Question

When does the ceremony start?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 6pm. Ceremony starts at 6:30 p.m.

Question

What’s the Trash the Dress After-Party?

Answer

Get ready for some post-wedding fun! We’ll be walking along Fremont Street with the bride in her dress, letting fellow guests and passerby join in signing it. Bring your dancing shoes, energy, and camera-ready smiles—it’s a one-of-a-kind Vegas celebration! Adults only.

Question

Anything special I need to pack?

Answer

Vegas weddings are all about fun and glam! Here are some things to consider bringing: Wedding attire: dresses, suits, or whatever makes you feel Vegas-glam for the ceremony and reception. Comfortable shoes: you’ll want them for dancing and walking around the Strip. Swimsuit: for the hot tub Light jacket or sweater: it can get cooler at night, even in April. Water & snacks: Vegas days can be long and dry!
