Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, please refrain from wearing any white dresses, blue jeans or work wear. We recommend men to wear slacks or dress pants, a nice button down and dress shoes. We recommend women to wear a dress, jumpsuit or slacks with dress shoes. Dresses and suits/slacks in black are great options as well.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Before July 1, 2025, but preferably ASAP. Those who do not respond on or before July 1st will not be able to attend. Please understand that the venue needs a specific number of guests who are attending within a designated timeframe.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at or before 2:00pm

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, but please watch them closely during the ceremony to not disrupt the celebration. The venue will have a firepit that will be lit in the evening so be aware of any little ones running around.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is over 50 parking spots in a grass lot on the property, we encourage you to carpool! If you need extra assistance and need to park closer for any reason please be in contact with Rachel and Justin.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No there is not, please plan accordingly. If you do partake in drinking please follow these rules: drive responsibly, assign a designated driver, or order a rideshare. The road to the venue is windy, all drivers take caution.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Contact Justin and Rachel if you would like to bring a + 1 as there is a limit to the amount of guests at the venue, please do not show up with a + 1 if that extra invitation has not be given to you without first consulting Justin and Rachel.

What should I expect at the venue?
Answer
Appearance: Most of the venue is grass and turf, please wear shoes that will be comfortable with that terrain. There will be some outdoor games and a firepit for enjoyment. Regarding refreshments, there will be water and lemonade along with wine and beer options, if you plan to drink please bring your ID. There will be no mixed drinks or shots available on property. There is a smoking section on property but smoking is highly discouraged, please do your best to refrain from smoking. There are men's, women's and ADA accessible bathrooms on the property. If you have dietary restrictions please contact Justin and Rachel to get a detail of the catering that will be provided.
