On Tiffany's first day of work at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach in October of 2015, she and Justin locked eyes and they both immediately knew it was love at first sight! They built a strong friendship before their first date in December. It only took a weekend for them both to know they never wanted to be apart! :-)
