9am: wakeup it's wedding day! 9:30 volunteer picks up breakfast from the cafe 9:45: hair and makeup is underway! 12:15: load up cars, it's time to go! 1:30pm: photo + video arrive on site 2pm: CEREMONY BEGINS 2:30: CEREMONY ENDS 2:30-3:30: photos and b roll 3:30: load up the cars and hurry 3:45: wedding day passport stamps!! 5:00pm: Wedding Dinner at The Reading Room in Bar Harbor

The terrain is fairly level but high heels are advised against. Look up “otter point acadia” for a better image. We will be staying all together at a VERY cute Airbnb. Plan on bringing some cute but comfy clothes to explore Bar Harbor, as well as shoes you can walk in for outdoor adventures!

•DATES• Friday Oct 31st- Tuesday Nov 4th 2025 arrive in maine on Friday between 5:30-7:30pm for a minihearsal ceremony saturday->mini vacay sunday and monday->fly home tuesday •REHEARSAL DINNER• Join us for a Halloween Night minihearsal! Please arrive 5:30-7:30pm. We will have time to unwind, have a quick run through of the big day, and get settled for a good night's rest. •FLIGHTS• FLY IN TO BANGOR NOT PORTLAND! Aim to arrive between 5-6pm on Halloween. •FOOD• friday bites will be provided saturday brunch is PYO at the humblebee cafe 💍saturday wedding dinner is provided💍 sunday breakfast and dinner is provided- lunch pyo monday breakfast and dinner is provided •CLOTHES• check out the tabs to see wedding day clothing details! we do suggest wearing flats or nice booties on the wedding day since the ceremony will be in acadia national park. we will be doing some walking so pack accordingly. november can be pretty chilly, ranging from 50 degrees down to 30 degrees without wind chill. •TRANSPORTATION• we will have one vehicle which seats 4 adults. If other family members choose to drive that will save us on rentals!! •STAY• we will all be staying together in a beautiful colonial style home 1 hour from acadia (see your card insert for room assignment)
