Question

Are masks required?

Answer

This is considered a private event, therefore wearing a mask is not required, but optional.

Question

Will there be hand sanitizers provided to the guests?

Answer

No, but guests are more than welcome to bring their own hand sanitizers. There will also be restrooms on site of the venue to wash hands.

Are guests required practing 6 feet distancing?

Answer

Guests are more than welcome to practice 6ft distancing. But again, this is a private event, so we will not be rearranging the chairs (ceremony) or tables (reception) 6ft apart. We will be keeping everything normal.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We would like to keep the wedding intimate and romantic, as we do love your little angels, this will be a kids free wedding so the adults can enjoy their time. We kindly ask 18 yrs and older to attend. The kids who are participating in the ceremony are the only exceptions.

What if our kid looks 18yrs old, but they are much younger, can they attend to the wedding?

Answer

We are trusting, and kindly asking for integrity first from friends & family. The definition of integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. We would like to keep it fair for everyone. Thus we strongly advise everyone to abide our wedding wish.

We cannot find a babysitter, can we bring our kids?

Answer

We have given our guests more than 12 months to arrange babysitting plans. We would like to keep our wedding intimate and romantic, as we do love your little angels, this will continue to be a kids free wedding so the adults can enjoy their time.

Can we bring a plus one?

Answer

We have already established the logistics of our wedding which will not allow additional guest or a plus one. Only those who have an invitation may attend, unless the bride & groom state other wise.

May I bring more people than the number of seats reserved in my honor to the Reception?

Answer

No. Please restrict the attendees in your party to those listed on your RSVP Card. We wish we could accommodate all our friends and family, but it is simply impossible. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal. Jeans are not allowed. Ladies may wear cowboy boots with a flattering dress!

May we take the centerpieces home at the end of the event?

Answer

We kindly ask not to take the centerpieces home at the end of the event. The centerpieces are assigned to our sponsors.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, please bring a photo ID if you're planning to have a drink. The bartender will not serve alcohol without a valid photo ID, no matter how old you look.

Can we exit the building with alcohol?

Answer

The venue prohibits alcohol exiting the parameters of the event.

Question

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue does not allow outside alcohol. If caught, security will kindly remove it from your presence, and return it to you at the end of the event.

Question

Is this a smoke free wedding?

Answer

Yes. There will be a designated station for smokers a distance away from the venue.
