This is where we have a room block reserved for our traveling guests. It's less than 15 minutes away from the venue. To book, follow these steps: 1. Go to the hotel website (click 'View' below) 2. Click on the dates to enter your desired Arrival and Departure dates (Between August 14-16, 2026) 3. Click on the box that says "Special Rates" - this opens a window with options. 4. In the box that says "Group Code" enter our discount code "KLW" then click "Check Rooms and Rates" 5. Select your desired room type and complete the steps as indicated to add guest name, credit card, etc. Note: this code and rate expires on July 14, 2026.
