Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2026. On site lodging will book quickly, keep this in mind when planning your travel.

Question

What elevation is the venue at? What is altitude sickness?

Answer

This venue is at 9000ft elevation. Even to our local friends that live at mile high, this is a significant elevation to be at. Altitude sickness occurs when you go up in elevation rapidly with little time to acclimate. It can happen to any one regardless of physical shape or age. Symptoms include dizziness, nausea, headaches, tiredness. When at altitude, make sure to take it easy, consider taking NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, and drinking plenty of water. While we want to celebrate and have a good time with everyone, the effects of alcohol at this altitude are stronger and last longer than at lower altitudes. Please drink in moderation and drink plenty of water.

Question

What is the accessibility at this venue?

Answer

This venue is located on the side of the mountain with many hills and rocky terrain. If you have accessibility concerns, cars can be driven to all lodging and celebration locations. There are also ADA friendly accommodations if requested. Please contact the bride or groom if you have questions or concerns.
