FAQs

Question

What's the dress code for the ceremony?

Answer

Semi-Formal, please! Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your RSVP includes a spot to enter a guest, yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30- please give yourself enough time to arrive and be seated by then.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

Congress Hall offers complementary valet service for weddings.

Question

Is there transportation provided to and from the service from where I'm staying?

Answer

No, but there is an Uber and Lyft presence in Cape May so you do not need to drive yourself. And again, Congress Hall does offer valet service.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we would love for our guests to capture memorable moments throughout our wedding weekend, ceremony included. Note that we will not have a videographer, so please share your videos with us.

Question

Do I need to bring anything to the wedding?

Answer

There will be a place for cards if you would like to bring one. Additionally, we recommend bringing IDs for all guests- Although most of you are over the drinking age, bartenders are allowed to ask for IDs where they see fit.

Question

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We’re really excited to have our reception catered by Cape May's local Beach Plum Farm. If you have a dietary restriction, please let us know in advance so that they can make the proper accommodations!
