Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 31, 2025. It is super important that you RSVP if you plan on attending or even if you are unable to make it as we need a finalized guest count for the venue and vendors. Due to the venue needing a finalized guest count, if you do not RSVP and make the trip out here you will not be able to celebrate with us. We would hate to see this happen so please respond as soon as you can!

Do I need to RSVP if you already know I'm going?

Answer

Yes! Please still take a couple minutes to RSVP even if it's a given you will be attending. There is a question regarding where you will be staying that is important for us to know. It is also extremely helpful to have a full list of all guests for seating charts, etc.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are keeping the guest list to just close friends and family. Therefore, if not indicated when RSVPing, there is no seat for a plus one. We are sorry for any inconveniences, but please respect our wishes. Thank you!

Where should we stay?

Answer

Once we receive all (or most) of the RSVPs, we will try to find a hotel near by and get a room block. Please answer the question in the RSVP to help us coordinate accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love our guests to be in formal attire. We understand it is going to be summer so if you would feel more comfortable in cocktail attire that is perfectly fine as well. We want our guests to look and feel their best to allow the best pictures to be captured! However, we do ask that no one wear white/ cream as it is reserved for the bride! :) Also, please refrain from sage or navy blue as the wedding party will be dressed in those colors.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar so please enjoy yourself responsibly.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Being that it will be summer please be prepared for high temperatures. Stay hydrated and bring SPF!

Can we bring alcohol?

Answer

No, unfortunately due to liquor license restrictions we are not able to bring any personal alcohol. However, it is an open bar so there will be plenty of options for you to find something.

What if I have a food allergy/restriction?

Answer

Please notify us as soon as possible so we can provide an alternative for you.
