What are the COVID-19 guidelines for the venue?

Answer

From Meredith Manor: Meredith Manor will be doing the following to help assure that everyone has a good experience at our venue. 1. The Aerus air scrubbers/purifiers will be running in the buildings at all times to decrease viruses and bacteria in the air and on surfaces. 2. Additional chairs will be set up for the ceremony so that social distancing can be practiced. 3. Tables/chairs will be 6’ apart from other tables/chairs. 4. Face masks are required at all times other than when eating, drinking or sitting at the table. Signage regarding requirement of masks and floor spacing markers will be in place. Periodic announcements will be made by the DJ or MC of a band. MM’s staff will be wearing masks. 5. Each guest may use a single tong to go through the horsdoevre choices. They may take their own clean tong and may place them in our used bin when finished. They can get a clean tong and plate each time they go up for any item. Staff will be there to assist.

6. Cocktail napkins will be at the coffee station and the bar areas (where the iced tea and lemonade dispensers will be) so the spickets will not need to be touched while guests get their beverages. 7. Trash can lids have been removed. 8. Multiple touchless hand sanitizers are available in both buildings. 9. Clean glass each time per drink from the bar. 10.Staff will clean high contact surfaces during the event. 11.Staff will have wellness screening before each shift and be wearing masks. 12. Gloves will be worn while handling food items and at any other appropriate time. Frequent handwashing and sanitizing will be practiced. If anyone has symptoms of COVID 19 or has recently had a known exposure to someone with a confirmed case of COVID 19 (within the past 1-14 days), we ask that you please do not attend the event.

Beef: Whole Chef-Carved Roasted "Filet Mignon" Tenderloin served over a medley of mushrooms topped with demi-glaze Fish: Baked Tilapia with tomato pesto bruschetta Chicken: Chicken Cordon Bleu - chicken breast stuffed with smoked ham and swiss served with a chicken supreme sauce Vegetarian: Cheese Tortellini Marinara along with a sample of 4 in-season vegetables Vegan: Chef prepared 5 fresh in-season vegetables ***All food options available as gluten-free upon request
