Where/When is the Wedding?

Answer

The wedding is located at Aurora Vineyards - 21338 Oak Ln NE, Aurora, OR 97002 The wedding is open to our guests at 1:00pm. The wedding will end near 9:30pm .

What if I am late?

Answer

That's okay! The first hour is to allow friends and families to stretch their legs and socialize. The Ceremony doesn't begin until 2:00pm.

How and When do I Need to RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP on the home page or RSVP page by clicking the highlighted "RSVP" button. Ideally RSVP's are submitted by June 1st, 2026. If additional time is needed, please let us know!

What if I need to change my RSVP?

Answer

RSVP's can be changed the same way they were initially inputted. If you are having trouble, please let us know!

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We ask that family and friends dress formally or semi-formally. Think about dressing up for church.

What are the Wedding Colors?

Answer

Our wedding colors are maroon, gold, and white. We ask guests to refrain from wearing maroon and white as the wedding party will be wearing these colors.

Are Food and Drinks Provided?

Answer

Yes! We will offer Hors D'oeuvers, dinner, and desserts for food; Non-Alcoholic and alcoholic drinks will be provided. We will have an open bar - please be respectful of everyone and the property.

Are Dietary Restrictions Accomodated?

Answer

Yes, we want our family and friends to be able to eat with a peace of mind. If special accommodations need to be made to the menu or if you would like a vegan/gluten free menu, please reach out to us. Please note there is only one kitchen, as always, there is a slight possibility of cross contamination, regardless of the staff preparation.

What if I Don't Choose a Meal?

Answer

Meals must be chosen prior to the wedding. If a meal is not chosen or incomplete, the entree and two sides will be selected for you by default.

Is There Parking?

Answer

Immediate parking is available near the event center, there is also additional parking available for overflow.

Can We Take Photos?

Answer

Yes, family and friends can take as many photos as they want; plus we would love everyone to join in on the games! We will allow a couple minutes for guests to take photos at the beginning of the ceremony; however we ask that all electronics be silenced and put away during the ceremony only. Two photographers and a photobooth will be available on site.

Can I Bring my Kids and Plus One?

Absolutely! Your kids (children to adult) are welcome! If we have not included them onto the website invite, please let us know so we can make changes to allow them to choose a meal option. If you would like to bring additional guests on top of your plus one, please reach out to us by June 1st. As a friendly reminder, children must be supervised at all times.

Can I Explore the Vineyard?

Answer

Please do! Guests have access to the vineyards, ampetheater, event center (after the ceremony), and the tasting room. Any purchases made in the tasting room cannot be taken outside of the building.

Are Hotel Room Blocks Available?

Answer

We do not offer hotel blocks, however there is a discount code for the Hilton Garden Inn only. This hotel is closest to the venue. The discount code may limit your options, please make sure you check the pricing and available with and without the code.

Will There be Transportation?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to the Hilton hotel at the end of the night. Please plan accordingly, and if you have any questions let us know! In the case that your vehicle needs to be left at the venue overnight, it needs to be picked up by 10am.

The nearest airport is Portland International Airport (PDX).

Can I Attend the Farewell Luncheon?

Answer

Yes! Everyone is welcome to the farewell luncheon, which is the day after the wedding. This is our appreciation to those who came to support and celebrate us from out of town!

Is the Wedding Bilingual/Multicultural/Religious?

Answer

Yes, therefore we ask family and friends to be respectful! To incorporate our backgrounds we may incorporate different languages (English, Spanish, and Hebrew), religions (Christianity, Catholicism, and Judism), and traditions (modern officiant, glass stomping, etc).
