Is there a dress code?

We ask that you please dress semi-formal. No jeans please! And ladies please refrain from wearing white or ivory!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please try to aim to be there by 2:30 PM so you can find your seat!

We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend.

Are children allowed?

While we adore your little ones, we respectfully ask that attendance be limited to family children only!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest driving your personal vehicle to the ceremony and then driving back to Olds to check in to your hotel or get a drink/bite to eat while the happy couple gets their photos taken. We will have transportation from the Pomeroy Hotel to cocktail hour at 5:00PM and 5:30PM. We will have transportation twice throughout the night to get back to the Pomeroy Hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample amounts of parking at the venue. Vehicles can be left overnight but need to be picked up by noon on Sunday.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

While we have lived together for years now, we are blessed to have everything we need at the moment. If you feel inclined, we would feel so honoured to get a contribution to our honeymoon fund!

Is there camping allowed at the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no camping permitted.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please contact either Justine or Hayden if you have a dietary restriction and we will work with our caterer to accommodate your needs.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are hopeful that the weather will cooperate and we can have the ceremony outside. It is grass so ladies plan your footwear accordingly!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

From Calgary, hop on the QE2 North, take exit 340A to merge onto AB-27 EAST towards Three Hills. In 3.8 km turn onto Range Road 290. The venue will be 2km down that road.

What do I do during the break?

Answer

With the ceremony ending around 3:30 pm and the reception shuttles departing from the Pomeroy hotel at 5 and 5:30, you'll have a little free time to do whatever suits you! Check out our "Things To Do" section for some ideas!
