What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is black tie, and all guests are asked to wear black. Dress to impress! Ladies can opt for elegant gowns, chic cocktail dresses, or even a gorgeous jumpsuit and gentlemen should wear tuxedos or formal black suits. Click the "Attire" tab for inspo!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you recieved a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

Is there accommodation available?

Answer

Yes, Haycroft Farm offers on-site accommodation. Bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis and managed directly by Haycroft. Please contact them at stay@haycroftfarm.com or 083 452 8088. Please head to the "Accommodation" tab if you would like to view the accommodation.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, so we recommend arranging your own travel to and from the venue.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 2:15pm and 2:30pm to ensure you are seated before the ceremony begins.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Our wedding will be at the end of September, so we recommend checking the forecast closer to the date. The ceremony is set for the forest chapel but will be moved to the indoor chapel if the weather does not permit an outdoor ceremony. Come rain or shine, the celebration goes on!

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d love for you to be fully present during the ceremony, so we kindly ask you to keep phones and cameras away. We’ll have a professional photographer capturing every moment!

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift of all, and we are so fortunate to have a home with everything we need. However, if you wish to, any contribution toward making our honeymoon dreams come true would mean the world to us.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! During the canapé hour, a selection of drinks will be provided for you to enjoy. However, at the reception, the bar will be a closed bar, and guests will be kindly asked to purchase their own drinks.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperitive that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
