We met at Tristin’s church singles group, Connection, where she was a leader, and Justin was a new face. They then joined th same Bible Study, and after a year and a half of friendship (and some encouragement from our mutual friend Michael), Justin finally asked Tristin on a date. Tristin said, “SURE,” (not exactly a love-at-first-sight response), but something about that first date on January 3, 2025, changed everything. Turns out Michael was right… because exactly one year after their first date, we’ll be saying “I do” on the anniversary of Tristin’s “sure” that became a forever “yes.” 💍
