A plant lovers paradise and home to quite a few hummingbirds. Bring binoculars if you have them!
Fun for all ages, but definitely a great stop if you're bringing the kids! They have a planetarium, an aquarium, a rainforest, and usually some interactive exhibits.
Very cool record store that also sells CDs, cassettes, posters, DVDs, and even VHS tapes! You can find us combing through the records here every few months.
We go to Japantown a few times a month for ramen, matcha ice cream, conveyor belt sushi, and grocery shopping for our cooking adventures! A great place to have authentic Japanese food and buy lots of goodies (if you like sheet masks and skincare, you'll find that too!)
Cruisin' The Castro began in 1989 and has been run since 2005 by Kathy Amendola. This is a fantastic walk through the neighborhood that we call home and an educational look into the rich local LGBTQIA+ history and culture.
