Best Friends since the early days of college, Tonya and Sara have maintained their close friendship in spite of having many miles seperating them. Tonya and Sara have spent every 4th of July holiday together, at the Huss Shawano cottage, since the summer of 2017.

In spite of having both grown up in Appleton, Wisconsin, Tonya and Brianna did not make a connection until their Sophomore year of college at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, in a creative writing class. Years later, Tonya saw Brianna rock climbing at Adventure Rock and their friendship climbed on from there. Now they have been friends for years, enjoying wine and art nights together throughout the years and bonding over their crazy black cats. Brianna's recent wedding lead to Tonya being more involved with Brianna's planning and brought them even closer than ever, as they celebrated Brianna's bachelorette party in Denver, Colorado, near the area where Justin grew up in Colorado.

Friends since Tonya's sophomore year of college at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, Valerie and Tonya have been friends for many years and have enjoyed many fun adventures together. From the spring break road trip to Minnesota, to the year of being roommates in party central Milwaukee, to the many concerts and hikes and more, Tonya and Valerie have maintained a friendship that has clearly stood the test of time. Valerie has always supported Tonya in her relationship with Justin and has proven to be an accountable, true friend that is proud to stand as witness to the love of today and the future.

Cousins as kids and friends as adults, it was an easy decision to have Sadie Prey stand up in the Ryan-Huss wedding. Justin and Tonya frequent the Shawano/ Green Bay area for family time, and it is never questioned if Sadie & her loving husband will be in attendance for the family fun times. The Huss family has always been close and it's great to see that Sadie will be welcoming in another family member as she stands witness as Tonya's bridesmaid.
