If you plan to stay at the hotel for the wedding, please call the hotel directly to book your room and secure the discounted rate under the room block. When making your reservation, be sure to mention that it’s for the Widrick Wedding to ensure you receive the special pricing. Booking early is recommended, as availability within the block is limited. Our reservation code is available for Friday and Saturday night!! Early check-in has been approved between 1:30–2:00 PM! You’re welcome to call the hotel on the day of the wedding to see if your room is ready even earlier. If for some reason it’s not, the hotel can hold your bags at the front desk so you can relax until check-in or head to the bus worry-free.

The bus will make TWO scheduled trips from Hotel One75 to the Heritage Barn, which is the venue for both the ceremony and the reception. We kindly ask guests to be mindful that we are doing two runs because the bus accommodates a maximum of 42 passengers at a time, and we have more guests needing transportation. The first trip: The bus will arrive at Hotel One75 at 2:10 p.m. and will depart promptly at 2:40 p.m. to transport guests to the Heritage Barn. The second trip: The bus will arrive at Hotel One75 around 3:05 p.m. and will depart promptly at 3:10 p.m. for the Heritage Barn. A bus will arrive at the Heritage Barn around 10:00 p.m. to transport guests back to Hotel One75. Additional trips will be available as needed to ensure all guests return comfortably and safely.
