It all started in the summer of 2018 at UAB Band Camp, where two music lovers found more than just a passion for performance. Taylor, a majorette, and Justin, a trumpet player, first crossed paths as members of the UAB Marching Blazers. Between rehearsals and late-night practices, we started to get to know each other, and it wasn’t long before we realized there was something special between us. Our first date was a fun one—an evening at Topgolf, where we laughed, competed, and enjoyed each other’s company. From that day forward, we were inseparable, and on January 14, 2019, we officially became a couple. The rest, as they say, is history. Since then, we’ve shared countless memories, adventures, and milestones together. From cheering on the Blazers to navigating life’s ups and downs, we've always been by each other’s side, growing together, laughing together, and loving each other every step of the way. We’re excited to begin the next chapter of our journey as we get ready to say "I do!"
