Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

This is where the wedding and reception will take place as well as are welcome party. We have a block of rooms reserved for you all. These rooms are discounted for a specific time. Although convenient it is not required to stay at this hotel. There are several AirBNB's close to the venue for you to choose from. The hotel is located downtown Fort Lauderdale. If you choose to get an air BNB please be aware of parking costs/etc. associated with going back and forth downtown (think weekend in Chicago and costs associated with that). Please note that downtown Fort Lauderdale has several free transportation options as well.

How will I get there?

We will most likely be flying Southwest out of Midway. They allow 2 checked bags, 1 carry on, 1 personal item for each passenger. They will have a sale or two before next year. I’d advise to book flight 2-3 months before August. Driving is an option…it’s about a 19 hour drive with no stops from Elkhart☺️

How will I get around the city?

There are several free options for transportation in downtown Fort Lauderdale. One is the circuit app which is a lot like Uber, but free. There is also a free water taxi.
