Justin and I met through a mutual friend. I was newly single and my coworker at the time convinced me to go to her husband's birthday party at Justin's apartment in Phoenixville, PA. We had seen a photo of each other prior and thought each other were cute, but didn't do anything about it. Justin did not know I was coming to his party, BUT I knew I was meeting him that night. He asked me to be his pong partner after working up his confidence and we were inseparable the rest of the night. When we went out in the town of Phoenixville, Justin asked me out to dinner that same night for the following week and the rest is history!

Justin had been planning the proposal for a few months without me knowing. I thought we were going on an annual Longwood Gardens trip with our friends. It was about 20 degrees out and freezing. We get to a lit-up tree in front of the Dupont House, and he asks me to take my jacket off for pictures. I thought this was a little weird, but did it anyway. Justin gave his speech to me and got down on one knee while asking me to marry him. Of course I said, yes and cried happy tears! He then pointed into the distance, and I saw both our families come out from hiding. I screamed with joy and was a ball of tears throughout the whole moment. Justin may have shed a tear too... shhh don't tell anyone... It was the best night of our lives!
