Is the ceremony at the same place as the reception and other events?

Yes! Everything is all in one place.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking available on site.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotel that is closest to the venue, Holiday Inn Express does not offer shuttle services and it’s 12-15 minutes away. That is preferred for guests driving to the venue themselves. There is another hotel, Townplace Suites by Marriot, that we have arranged to offer a complimentary shuttle service for a limited amount of guests.

How should we dress?

Answer

We are asking are guests to dress up with us and wear semi-formal attire! Our wedding’s color pallete is blush pink to maroon, and everything in between. We requests guests not to wear colors normally reserved for the bride such as whites, creams, and ivories.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your children but we are having an adults only reception!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We can accommodate any food allergy, as well as vegetarian and vegan diets.

Is this venue mobility friendly?

Answer

Yes! Everywhere on the property is convenient for those in wheelchairs or who may need assistance getting from their cars to their seats at the ceremony. Golf carts will be utilized to move about the property if needed.
