Is there a Welcome Event on Friday?

Answer

Yes - we'll have a Welcome Party on Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM at Double Stamp Brewery in Greenville, SC. All guests are welcome, feel free to drop-in at any time! Check the "Schedule" tab on this website for address and additional details.

When and where is the wedding and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM at the Venue at Ballenger Bridge. Please make sure to arrive 10 to 20 minutes before the ceremony starts. The reception will also be at Ballenger Bridge. The Venue at Ballenger Bridge 136 Old Ballenger Mill Rd, Landrum, SC ballengerbridge.com

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire: A suit, dress shirt with a tie, midi- or knee-length dress, or dressy separates are suggested. Please note that the ceremony will be in a grassy area when choosing your footwear.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle from downtown Greenville to the venue. The shuttle will be picking up and dropping off from the Poinsett Garage near the Westin Poinsett Hotel and the M. Judson bookstore - specific pick-up address is 93 W Court St. The shuttle will be departing promptly at 3:15PM so make sure you reserve enough time to park/take ride share prior to departure. The shuttle will return to the same location downtown after the wedding at 10pm. If you have any questions feel free to text Justin (or Shelly if you don't have Justin's phone number). The venue is rural and ride share services may not be available - please plan to have a designated driver or use the shuttle as needed.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes - we have several guests with kids and would be happy if you decide to bring them or to treat yourself to a kid-free weekend. Please make sure to include children in your RSVP if they are over 3 years old. Children and babies less than 3 years old will not need to be marked on your RSVP. Please be mindful that the venue features a beautiful river and waterfall in the ceremony and reception areas and make sure to keep an eye on your kiddos!

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

If you have a plus one, it will show up when you RSVP through this website. Due to venue capacity, we are not able to accommodate additional guests.

What's on the menu?

Answer

Hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour will be vegetarian and gluten free. Dinner will be a buffet style pasta course with vegetarian and omnivore options. Please let us know if you are gluten free so that we can make sure you get some pasta! There will be an open bar throughout the reception.
