Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have a hotel block at the following location: Residence Inn Short Pump at the Notch 1800 Wilkes Ridge Cir, Richmond VA 23233

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We recommend the use of shuttle services provided for you to and from the hotel. There is parking at the venue, however, not enough to accommodate our guest count.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive between 3:30pm and 4:00pm.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Crate & Barrel, Target, and Amazon. Our registr can be found directly through these vendors or linked to this website for convenience, located under “Registry” tab.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal wedding dress code. For men: Dark suit with a tie Tuxedo is encouraged but not always mandatory Dress shoes For women: Floor-length gown Elegant cocktail dress (may be appropriate depending on the event) Dressy pantsuit

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations have officially been sent. We request that RSVPs be returned no later than April 10 by mail (or via the use of this website) so that we are able to finalize details with our vendors.

Are kids welcome?

To ensure that all of our guests, including parents, are able to relax and enjoy themselves, we have made the decision to make our wedding weekend adults-only.

Due to venue capacity, the invitation is for guest(s) listed only.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our RSVPs will give our guest(s) the opportunity to mention allergies or dietary restrictions.
