Negotiated Rates for All Hotels

Everyone will want to book something as soon as possible since we will have a lot of travelers for the wedding and we want to make sure the hotels don’t get booked up before we get to them. I’ve had a hard time getting a hotel block from any of the hotels but I do have a link to negotiated rates for many hotels in the area of the venue. I suggest staying in one of the hotels around the area of Portneuf Hospital in Pocatello. My sister lives just up the street from there and the venue is just down the street the other way. These hotels you won’t have to take freeways to and will be close to everything. I’ve listed them all below with the negotiated prices. I suggest comparing them to their websites just in case you find a better rate. Check the AirB&B or Virbo websites for listings in Pocatello and try to get close to my sisters house or the venue.     ⁃    La Quinta Inn has good prices but you have to take the freeway from the venue and it’s just a bit further.     ⁃    Days Inn and Thunderbird Hotel are also very close to the venue and are a whole lot cheaper. You just lose a bit of quality of the hotel. These are also included in the negotiated rates link. House Or Rental

AirB&B Pocatello

There are so many options for houses to rent for a couple nights. Sometimes they are better options than a hotel room!

SLC Airport

This is the closest largest airport that will have the most options and flights available. You will have a two hour drive from this airport to Pocatello. Car rentals are available at the airport.

Pocatello (PIH)

This is the closest airport to the venue and the hotels, but it is small with limited flights available. Avoid routing through Denver due to weather delays.

Idaho Falls (IDA)

Another smaller airport with limited flights available. Will have about an hour drive to the venue. Avoid routing through Denver due to weather delays.

Boise (BOI)

You can always fly in where Justin and Shawna live if you are flying before Friday then drive to Pocatello with them, about a three hour drive. You will need to drive back to Boise after the wedding if you fly out of Boise also.
