What is the venue's COVID vaccination policy?

Answer

While vaccinations are not required at this time, masks are welcome if this aligns with your comfort level but are not mandated by the venue per LA County policy.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love little ones, but unfortunately, we won't be able to include everyone unless they are on the wedding invitations due to venue capacity and limited guest count. We hope this gives you the perfect opportunity for a parents night out!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please check your invites on whether a plus one has been indicated. We are limiting the number of guests due to budget and space constraints. We kindly ask that you do not put additional names as they will not be accommodated. We thank you for your understanding.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are thankful for the effort you’re making to join us on our special day. Your presence is all we need. However, if you do wish to celebrate with a gift, a cash gift would be warmly appreciated. What time should I arrive at the ceremony? What's the parking situation?

Answer

Guests may start to arrive at 4:00pm for the ceremony. For those driving, parking is plentiful and free. For those ride sharing, there are plenty of drop off/pick up locations. Once you enter the Calamigos Los Angeles grounds, signs will direct you to Sharon & Justin's wedding location (the Equestrian Ballroom).

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception is indoors. However, the outdoor terrace area is connected to the indoor reception room so guests have access to both areas during the reception.
