What is the dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie - We're going for Kentucky Derby style, fun attire. Ladies - Floor-length dresses in summery hues. Bring on the color & charm! Ruffles, feathers, and textures are encouraged. If possible, please avoid black, maroon, or brown. Gentlemen - Wear a suit & bow tie/tie in light or colorful tones - think green, peach, beige. Add florals if you like! If black or navy is your staple, that works too.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We are encouraging folks to make a week out of it and fly into Charleston the Saturday before. Savannah is only 2 hours away and it's a beautiful drive. The flights into Charleston tend to be less expensive and you can find a lot of direct flights. Other option is flying into Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV). This is the closest airport and is approximately 45 minutes from the venue.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Hotel Tybee, which is less than a 10 minute drive or Uber from our venue. The vibes on Tybee Island are definitely more relaxed and slow paced. There is also the option of staying in Savannah which is about 20 minutes from the venue. We love the Historic District. Our favorite hotel is Planters Inn, but we've included additional hotel recommendations on our Travel page as well.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is located at: 2552 Crusoe Island Drive Tybee Island, GA 31328 There is very limited parking on the property, so please plan accordingly. Uber and Lyft are available.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Answer

Yes. Please plan accordingly for coastal Georgia weather. It will be pretty warm into the late evening, and there's always a chance of rain on the coast :)

What will the weather be like?

Answer

May on the Georgia coast is typically warm and humid, with daytime temperatures averaging in the upper 70s to mid-80s.

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate the guests named on each invitation. Thank you for understanding as we keep our wedding celebration intimate.
