Can I drive to Crying Eagle Lodge instead of taking the bus?

Answer

You are more than welcome to drive to Crying Eagle Lodge! Parking will be provided. We do encourage that you take the bus if you plan on drinking alcohol. If using a GPS, use either Apple Maps or Waze for best routes. Drive Safely!

Why are the busses leaving so early from Lafayette?

Answer

We estimate the drive from Lafayette to Crying Eagle Lodge to take about an hour. We want to make sure everyone has plenty of time to unload from the busses and grab a pre-ceremony cocktail.

While we would love for you to see all of the beauty Crying Eagle Lodge has to offer, we kindly ask that you stay inside the designated ceremony/reception areas for the safety of yourself and the surrounding wildlife.
