挙式は完全室内で行います。任意のアフターパーティは、一部外の部屋もございます。

Is the wedding going to be held indoors or outdoors?

The wedding will be held indoors, while the after party venue will be indoors with an outdoor section

会場にはどのように行き帰りできますか？

Answer

式場より貸し出しのバスが出ております。ご希望の方は、事前に申し出ていただくことでピックアップ 人数によって空港、国際通り近くの駅でのお迎えとなる場合がございます。 個人で向かわれたい場合は、タクシーのご利用をおすすめいたします。那覇空港から車で15分、国際通りからは会場まで20分が目安です。

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

There will be a pick-up bus that will stop at the airport as well as the train station at kokusai-street to bring guests back to the venue. If you would like a little more room for flexibility, it is recommended to rent a car or travel via the taxi during your stay in Naha/Okinawa as the train system is not as accessible as Tokyo

チャペルからご参加の皆さまは、10時半に本館一階へお集まりください。写真左が入り口です。 挙式からご参加の皆さまは、12時より本館4階にて受付を開始いたします。

What time should I arrive?

Answer

For the wedding ceremony, please arrive by 1030 and wait at 1st floor (left building as can be seen in the picture at the top of this page). You will be then guided to the chapel by staff (right building as can be seen in the same picture) For the wedding reception, we will start the check-in process at 1200 on the 4th floor (left building)

もちろん大歓迎です。当日荷物をお預けされる場合は、本館一階右手のインフォメーションまでお申し付けくださいませ。

Yes, if you want to store your luggage, please visit the information desk on the right side of the 1st floor (left building in the picture at the top of the page)
