Please plan to arrive around 3:30 PM so you have time to park and get settled before the ceremony.

The wedding will take place on the grounds of Hartwood Acres Mansion. Please dress comfortably for an outdoor garden-style setting.
Garden cocktail / semi-formal attire is perfect. Since the day will be outdoors, we recommend comfortable shoes, block heels, wedges, or flats. (**Especially if you’re dancing - the dance floor is stone pavers)
We kindly ask that everyone keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take photos and enjoy the night.
Yes. There is free onsite parking at Hartwood Acres Mansion.
No. Overnight parking is not permitted at Hartwood Acres Park. All vehicles must leave the property by the end of the night.
Transportation details are still being finalized. We’ll share more information closer to the wedding, especially for guests staying at the hotel block.
Yes. We have a room block at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh. Please book by July 4, 2026 to receive the group rate, while rooms are still available. Room block name: Swartz-Burns Wedding Room Block
Dinner will be served buffet-style by Bistro To Go. The menu includes appetizers, caesar salad, chicken, steak, potatoes, grilled vegetables, and a vegetarian pasta option. There will also be a cookie table ✨
