Welcome Cocktails

7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

The vibe is elevated casual. Think sundresses, dressy tops, nice jeans or slacks. For men, polos or button-down shirts are great options. If you’re feeling festive, feel free to dress it up with a touch of cocktail style! A great dress, fun accessories, or a sharp blazer are all welcome. Wear whatever makes you feel your best for a relaxed evening with friends and family.

Enjoy a welcome cocktail along with a curated selection of appetizers, sides, and a featured dish. A trolley will run between the Omni Hotel and Rabbit Hole Distillery from 7:15–10:00 PM to whisk guests back and forth. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Drop by anytime during the welcome party—arrive late, head out early, or stay until the very end.

We invite you to celebrate in style with an elegant blend of semi-formal looks.

We’re so excited to share this evening with you and hope you’ll join us for a joyful night of great food, celebration, and plenty of fun on the dance floor. Please plan to arrive between 5:00 and 5:30 PM so you can be comfortably seated before our ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM. We’ll be saying “I do” in the beautiful Olmsted Ballroom at the Omni Hotel. Turn left upon entering the lobby and head up the escalator.

Farewell Brunch

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

As a heartfelt thank you for celebrating with us, we invite you to join us for a casual Farewell Brunch the morning after the wedding. Enjoy a continental breakfast at your own pace. Come and go as you please during the brunch window. We know many of you will be traveling that day, so feel free to dress comfortably. We’d love the chance to share one more bite (and a goodbye hug) before you head out!
