Yes! Kids are welcome to the ceremony and reception; after party and welcome cocktail party will be adults only as they are held in the lounge. After dinner, the children will be escorted to the play area until the end of the evening so mom and dad can have a little worry free fun. One of Rachael's favorite childhood memories is attending the weddings of all of her older cousins and loves that she has the opportunity to see all of babe's in their formal finest.
Updating your RSVP is simple. Just visit the RSVP page and enter your name exactly as you did the first time. From there, you can go through the RSVP process again to make any changes or corrections as needed.

We have a couple of parties throughout the weekend so we suggest bringing a couple of fun dresses. Along with the essentials and your wedding attire, we suggest you bring a bathing suit (the pool in heated!) and your flashiest track suit- bonus points if its the grooms favorite brand: Adidas!

All festivities will take place in the main building of the Madonna Inn: Welcome Cocktail Party will be held at the Silver Bar Lounge. The Ceremony will take place in the Main Ballroom located in the main building adjacent to Alexander Madonna's Gold Rush Steakhouse. Cocktail Hour Will be held in the Round Room with dinner to follow in the attached Garden Room. For those still wanting to continue the celebration with the new Mr. and Mrs., there will be a small after party also hosted at the Silver Lounge.
Space for October, 2026 will open on February 4th, 2025. Space is limited as there are only 110 rooms on property and space will sell fast. All rooms are uniquely decorated and we encourage our guests to visit madonnainn.com to make your room selection before booking.
