Yes! Kids are welcome to the ceremony and reception; after party and welcome cocktail party will be adults only as they are held in the lounge. After dinner, the children will be escorted to the play area until the end of the evening so mom and dad can have a little worry free fun. One of Rachael's favorite childhood memories is attending the weddings of all of her older cousins and loves that she has the opportunity to see all of babe's in their formal finest.

Updating your RSVP is simple. Just visit the RSVP page and enter your name exactly as you did the first time. From there, you can go through the RSVP process again to make any changes or corrections as needed.

We have a couple of parties throughout the weekend so we suggest bringing a couple of fun dresses. Along with the essentials and your wedding attire, we suggest you bring a bathing suit (the pool in heated!) and your flashiest track suit- bonus points if its the grooms favorite brand: Adidas!

Thankfully the Madonna Inn has everything you need! If you would like to buy a bottle for your room at any point during your stay, please see your favorite bartender at the Silver Bar Lounge or the Pool Bar OR check out the gift shops and Madonna Inn Wine Cellar.

No! There are lots of options for various needs and budgets in San Luis Obispo from chain hotels to Air BnB/VRBO options.

Answer
Most activities will be held in the main building of the hotel. Just park in their large lot and head for the wooden carved doors. Welcome Cocktail Party will be held at the Silver Bar Lounge. The ceremony will take place in the Main Ballroom located on the other side of the Silver Bar Lounge and adjacent to the Alexander Madonna's Gold Rush Steakhouse. For cocktail hour, head outside after the ceremony and walk to the opposite end of the building, under the iconic pink bridge past the check in office to the Round Room. There is a small staircase and ramp that leads to the entrance. The Garden Room, where dinner will be served, is connected to the Round Room and doors will open for dinner at 5pm. For those still wanting to continue the celebration with the new Mr. and Mrs., there will be a small after party also hosted at the Silver Lounge directly after the reception. And, if you are able to come by to bid a fond farewell to the newlyweds, you can find us up the hill at the Madonna Inn Pool. Park in the same lot that you did for the wedding and walk under the pink bridge past check-in. Follow the hill up to the pool gates and give us a ring. Someone from the wedding party will let you in. The parking spaces beyond the pink bridge are for guests of the Madonna Inn only. Do not park close to the pool.

Space for October, 2026 will open on February 4th, 2025. Space is limited as there are only 110 rooms on property and space will sell fast. All rooms are uniquely decorated and we encourage our guests to visit madonnainn.com to make your room selection before booking.

Unfortunately the Madonna Inn does not offer any discounts for groups, however the Madonna Inn may offer seasonal promotions throughout the year. Please use group code 8183 or mention the Campbell/Cordova Wedding at time of booking to receive your welcome gift from the bride and groom!

We encourage booking direct to best support the family owned venue, however you are free to use whichever booking method you wish. Unfortunately the group number cannot be added through a third party. Those not booking direct, please let us know your confirmation number in your RSVP and the happy couple will link you to the group to receive your welcome gift.

No- the parking spots next to the rooms are for paying guests only. You will need to park in the main parking lot and walk up to the pool.
