The year was 2012 on a cold December day, Priscilla caved in and signed up for the dating site "Plenty of Fish". Although the expectation was to meet new people with the hopes to heal from a recent breakup, she meets a young man a couple of towns over named Justin. At first she thought this person was "cat fishing" but after meeting in person several weeks later, it became evident that the there was a spark that would ignite between the two resulting in an 11 year passionate relationship (and counting). It has become clear that at some point these two have crossed path at a younger age. Who would have thought that this might be Faith. That goes without say, a relationship that has lasted this long is not an easy one, but it has become easier with the passing of time. When two people love one another deeply, they don't look at each other, they look in the same direction.

On October 1st, 2023, the day before my performance at the local street fair, my fiancé, Justin, surprised me with a proposal that was as romantic as it was unexpected. He started the day by expressing his pride in me and whisked me away for a date after work. We ended up at a Peruvian restaurant in Paterson, followed by a walk to the breathtaking Paterson waterfalls. As we sat by the falls, taking in the beauty of the day, Justin's nervousness became apparent. He had a friend waiting in the crowd, and as I turned back to him, he was down on one knee, ring in hand. To my surprise, I was surrounded by my closest friends and family, who had come to witness this special moment. Overwhelmed with joy, I choked back tears as he poured his heart out. It was a perfect moment, filled with love, laughter, and the promise of a lifetime together.
