Katelyn is Nicolette's first little sister and first bets friend. The two are only 11 months apart (to the day) and spent their who childhood being asked if they were twins. While it was not always rainbows and butterflies between the two, they have always complimented each other perfectly. Kate always loved travel and Nicolette was always a home body. Nicolette was a worrier and Kate so adventurous. They always seem to be exactly what each other needs through the good times and bad. For all of these reasons and more, she will be an absolutely incredible Maid of Honor.
Atalaya Wright
Maid of Honor
Atalaya (Attie) is Nicolette's youngest sister. The two have always been close, but have grown even closer in the past few years. If Nicolette could spend every weekend with Attie drinking Starbucks, running pointless errands, online shopping, eating bagels and sushi, and going on boat rides she absolutely would. Attie is all of the things that Nicolette is not (creative, artistic, organized, neat, and tech savvyish) and that is what makes her a PERFECT little sister and a PERFECT Maid of Honor.

Best Man
Eric is Justin's high school lacrosse teammate turned college roommate turned best friend. There have been so many memories made...many of which **accidentally** wearing the same outfit. These guys will be drinking beers, eating insane amounts of food, having gym dates, and gaming for the rest of their years.
Rachel Heslin

Nicolette met Rachel at Cornelius Elementary school in the first grade, and though they were just acquaintances then, they became inseparable towards the end of high school and ever since! The laughs are constant when the BFFLs are together.
Riley O'Neill

Justin grew up with Riley as his neighborhood bestie and Nicolette met him her freshman year of high school at Pine Lake Prep and they instantly clicked. Riley likes to credit himself for the two meeting when he made an attempt to set them up at Christmas in Davidson one year.....we will give him that one! Thanks Riley!
Laura Messina

Nicolette got to know Laura when she started dating one of Justin and Nicolette's best friends (and Justin's roommate). Since then the two have grown closer and closer as the years go by and continue share the deepest of bonds primarily made of belly laughs, cheese, wine, sushi, and travels.

Warren and Justin are childhood bestfriends. The two grew up playing sports, doing homework, and occasionally getting into trouble together. From Justin's first sleepover, to college roommates, these two have been through it all. This is truly a friendship that will last a lifetime!

Nicolette met Emily at UNCW. The two were in Alpha Phi together and bonded over the dreaded stress of planning recruitment/bid day. They spent just about every waking moment of senior year of college together and have continued to be best friends (and even roomies for a few months) through thick and thin.
Kieron James

Kieron is one of the most unique and genuine humans you will ever meet . For this reason, he and Justin became fast friends in their time at UNC Dental School. The two bonded over video games, weight lifting, and teeth. He is now living and practicing in Bermuda! Though they have gone from neighbors and classmates to long distance buddies, the two catch up almost weekly. Nicolette and Justin are excited to have an excuse to spend some time in Bermuda with Kieron and his *growing* family.
Elizabeth Faile

Nicolette met Elizabeth when they moved into the neighborhood in first grade. Elizabeth lived across the street and became her childhood friend. Nicolette, Katelyn, and Elizabeth had countless sleepovers, started a few "bands" and just as many "businesses", filmed a few movies, played dress up, shopped until they dropped, got way too hopped up on sugar, went on vacations, talked about boys, did endless crafts, and made almost every other memory throughout elementary, middle, and high school together. Though the hangouts became more sparse (as they often do with age) the three always pick up where they left off. Truly best friends for life!
Jake Laxer

Jake is one of Justin's dearest friends from UNC Dental School. He can lift a spirit like no other and get even the most serious of humans to laugh until they cry. It has been a difficult transition from roomies to long distance friends (and about to get even harder with Jake being stationed with the Air Force overseas), but there is no doubt that these two will continue to stay connected through the years....and fingers crossed he will be back in the Queen City with us before we know it.

Amanda and Nicolette have known each other for years, but their friendship really blossomed over quarantine. With countless laughs, glasses of wine, and take out hang outs the two are now forever friends. Amanda also recently got engaged and accepted into ECU's Speech and Language Pathology program so wedding planning and grad school have bonded them on a whole other level. Nicolette can not imagine life and her wedding without Amanda by her side.
Kyle Grant

Kyle Kyle Kyle! Where do we even begin? Kyle is one of Justin's first and best friends throughout his time at UNC Dental School. This guy is always down for a good time whether it is a bro date at Hibachi & Co., a wild night out at Might As Well, or a chill Game of Thrones Sunday. Kyle is finishing up his residency in Las Vegas and is looking for jobs on the West Coast. We are sad that he will be so far away, but we know he will pick somewhere amazing for us to come and visit.
Alex Beltran

Alex and Justin started as blind roommates their first year at UNC Dental School. They had never met, and in fact, Alex was moving into the apartment sight unseen. It didn't take long for these two to become great friends. No one gives Justin a hard time like Alex does (out of brotherly love of course) and he is better for it! Justin can not imagine getting married without this guy by his side. He is currently practicing in San Antonio, TX, but we hope he eventually makes his was back to the East Coast.

Joel is one of Justin and Nicolette’s oldest friends. Life with Joel has looked like high school lacrosse games, Nicolette trying to set him up with all of her besties, haunted dorm rooms, college parties, and updates from Korea. He is one of a kind and one of the good ones!
Mateo Wright

Mateo is the youngest of Nicolette's three siblings and she loves him like no other. Nicolette was unsure about a brother when she first got the news, but she can't imagine it any other way. Though their interests are on different ends of the spectrum they genuinely enjoy spending as much time as humanly possible together...especially when there are bagels involved.

Jackson is Justin's younger brother. Not only do they love video gaming together, but they both have that intense Groody game night love. Be it clue, monopoly, 21, or Apex Legends this brother rivalry is unmatched.
Michael Graham

Michael is Justin's "brotha from anotha motha". The two met a little over 10 years ago when his mom and Justin's dad began dating. While Justin already had a little brother, Jackson, he very much enjoyed taking Michael under his wing as well. We have loved watching Michael grow up from a sweet (slightly dweeby) kid to a smart, caring, and driven young man.

Nicolette met Ryan her first year out of undergrad when he was just about to start the fourth grade. She had the pleasure of loving on him and watching him grow as his sitter for whole 3 years and continues to do so...even from afar.

Harper is Nicolette's first cousin on her mother's side. She has loved watching her turn into the beautiful, brilliant, and SASSY 8 year old she is today.

Nicolette met Audrey when she was just a few months old when Nicolette was in college at UNCW and her name was passed along to the Roetgers to babysit. It was love at first site (with Audrey and the rest of the Roetger crew) and she cant imagine life without her.

Diana is Justin and Nicolette's first niece (his sister Kaitlyn's firstborn). They are absolutely obsessed with the little curls and attitude that comes out of that little girl and enjoy frequent weekly facetimes full of silly faces, bath time bubbles, and dinnertime messes.

Cooper is Nicolette's youngest cousin on her mother's side, though he can be a little shy...Cooper Day hugs are one of her favorite things in the world!

Clayton is another beloved member of the Roetger family that Nicolette grew very close with during her time at UNCW. He may have been born after she moved away, but she loves him just as much as the rest of the crew.
