I first saw Natasha during a job orientation. She walked into the break room to go to her locker for her bag, and a few characteristics immediately stood out to me. Obviously, she was gorgeous, she had a beaming smile and striking eyes that demanded attention from something at the depths of my existence. The second characteristic I could not forget for days afterwards was her voice, and her slightly embarrassed laugh as she gathered her belongings. I knew then, what I still know now: this girl will change my entire life. It wasn’t long until I was able to introduced myself to her. I said a dumb joke, she politely laughed and said “nice to meet you,” and continued on with her day. I was drawn to her. She barely knew me and I felt completely caught in her orbit. Whatever trajectory her life was going in, I wanted to be a part of it if she would allow me. We were good friends for a year, and the rest, led to this, our wedding day. It’s a tale as old as time; two people from opposite sides of the country, who unknowingly live five minutes away from one another, meet at a shop. Some people call it chance and some say it's luck. But I know it was that feeling when I first saw her, it was that feeling at the depths of my existence, it was love.
