📅 When’s the big day?

Answer

March 14, 2026—mark your calendars, set your alarms, and maybe start practicing your dance moves. Ceremony kicks off at 3:45 PM sharp (fashionably late only applies to the bride).

📍 Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Scars Farm, located at 777 ALTURAS Rd, Bartow, FL 33830. Valet Parking is the only option on-site, and rideshare drop-off is right at the entrance.

👗 What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request cocktail attire. Gentlemen may consider suits or dress slacks with a jacket, while ladies may choose cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or similar evening wear. We ask that guests refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream.

🍽️ Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Absolutely! We’ll be serving a buffet style dinner with vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

🏨 Are there accommodations nearby?

Answer

We’ve reserved room blocks at two nearby hotels for your convenience: Holiday Inn Winter Haven (by IHG) – A comfortable option close to the venue, with group rates available. Or use Group rate code HAR. Please book by 02/09/2026 to take advantage of the special rates. Both hotels are just minutes from the celebration, making it easy to relax and enjoy the weekend. Fun Fact: If we get room blocks and the rooms don't all fill, you pay full price, so we are trying to find budget friendly options!

🚗 How do I get there?

Answer

The venue is approximately 20 minutes from downtown Lakeland and just 15–20 minutes from downtown Winter Haven. It’s an easy drive by car or rideshare, and valet parking will be available on-site for your convenience.

📸 May I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that our ceremony remain unplugged (meaning no pictures during the ceremony) so that all guests may be fully present in the moment. Following the ceremony, we welcome and encourage you to capture and share as many memories as you wish.
