"How long should I stay?"

Answer

We welcome you to enjoy as much or as little time on the island as you'd like. The only required date is Thursday May 6. Recommended Stays: ▪︎ 5-Night Option: Monday May 3 –Saturday May 8 ▪︎ 7-Night Option: Sunday May 2 – Sunday May 9

"Does Sandals offer any discounts for my stay?"

Answer

Active/retired military, first responders, and FEMA employees receive 10% off room rates (with ID verification)

"How much should I expect the room deposit to be?"

Answer

Typically ~$400 (may vary by room)

"What if I do not have a passport yet?"

Answer

A passport is not required at the time you put in your deposit, but will be needed by March 2027. Will need to be valid for 6 months upon arrival.

"When should I book my flights, and how much should I expect to spend?"

Answer

Book flights approx. 6–8 months ahead ▪︎ Estimated cost from Reno: $600–$1,200 per person roundtrip

"When is the final payment due?"

Answer

Final Payment Due: ~65 days prior to arrival (March 2027)

"What airport should I fly into/ out of?"

Answer

▪︎There are direct flights available from: Miami, JFK, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Charlotte ▪︎ The airport you will be flying into will be Hewanorra International Airport (UVF)
