Yes, there is parking available at the camp, located next to both the ceremony and reception areas.
We want you to be comfortable and feel good! The ceremony will be outside, so wear shoes that can handle soft grass. June could be hot or chilly, so check the forecast!
Yes. The "Unbound Gravel" races are being held this weekend which could make some hotels fill up faster. In addition, highway 177 will be under construction and will require an alternative route if coming from the North. Google maps is now updated with a decent alternative route that only adds 4-10 minutes from Manhattan.
The roads are easy to navigate, not too bumpy, and the view is scenic - HOWEVER - please beware of the gravel road as its known to have sharp flint rock. Please do not drive over 40 mph or you may end up with a flat tire. The closest tire shops will be closed after noon on Saturday. If you take the roads a bit slower, and don't skid around any loose rock, you'll be fine!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 p.m. so please be seated between 4:45 and 4:55 p.m. Allow yourself time to park and find your way around. The ceremony location is basically right next to the parking area.
Yep! When you RSVP for the Reception you'll be asked if you have any dietary restrictions. At which point you will promptly be uninvited. KIDDING! We want you to eat well and enjoy yourself. Let us know how we can accommodate and the caterers will adapt the meal for you accordingly.
