Question

How many guests will be present?

Answer

Our adjusted wedding plan will include a limited number of guests, putting our head count at about 50 people (plus our outstanding team of vendors)!

Question

What precautions are Lucy and Justin requesting of their guests?

Answer

-Masks will be a requirement for all guests. Please plan to bring your own. You are welcome to wear it for the entirety of the day if that's what feels best, or simply as you please with the exception of any mask-mandatory areas (see below). -Masks will be mandatory while seated at the ceremony, taking scheduled transportation, going to the restroom, approaching the bar, walking the buffet line, and at all times on the dance floor. -Please be aware and respectful of social distancing! Plan to maintain a distance of six feet apart or more from those you do not regularly interact with, unless consent is clearly stated by both parties. -Social distancing lapel pins will be available to clearly indicate levels of comfort and consent for interactions between guests. A quick scan can go a long way before you go in for a hug or a handshake! -Please plan to wash hands and sanitize regularly. :)

Question

What precautions will the venue have in place?

Answer

-All events will be hosted outside, so long as weather permits. -The rain plan includes seeking shelter in two covered areas, both with large exposed walls. -There will be more seating than guests to allow proper spacing between groups in both the ceremony and reception areas. -Well-maintained bathrooms and stations will be available for frequent hand-washing and sanitation. -Mask-mandatory areas will apply to all vendors as well.

Question

Will there continue to be a rehearsal dinner and celebratory breakfast?

Answer

Unfortunately we are no longer able to host a wedding welcome party or farewell breakfast as originally planned. We hope you understand, and instead take the opportunity to spend that time enjoying each other's company or one of the many great dining options in the area! Many businesses have patio seating or take-out options available.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

-There will continue to be small shuttles for transportation between the Hilton Hotel & Spa and our venue site. This is the best option if you plan to celebrate with drinks and/or stay local to the farm. -Parking will be available on site for those who feel more comfortable driving themselves, or are coming and going from elsewhere. If you are planning to drive yourself, please be aware that the drive time will be increased by winding roads, and Ubers/Lyfts are not frequently available for late-night pick up in the location. -No matter your choice, please be sure to have a clear and responsible plan for transportation well ahead of time! Safety continues to be a priority in this area as well!

Question

November can be chilly! Should I plan to bring layers?

Answer

The choice is yours here. Cocktail attire is suggested, but if you know you'll be more comfortable with an extra layer, by all means! We will also have portable heaters, fire pits, and crocheted afghans on deck.

Question

What else can I expect?

Answer

-A cocktail hour and an open bar! -Lawn games out the wazoo. Where my competitive people at? -So much food! We will continue to have a buffet, but it will no longer be self-serving. Appetizers will be passed, while salads and desserts will be personally plated. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available for every course. -Music for all, and dancing at your own discretion. -Fire-pits serving up all the cozy vibes. Guitars and other instrumentals welcome! -Love, light, and laughter ✨
