What to wear & what to expect

Mid-May in Corsica is truly beautiful: warm, sunny days with temperatures typically around 20–25°C (68–77°F), and the island is lush and green before the summer crowds arrive. It's one of the best times of year to be there. That said, evenings can get a little cooler, especially if there's a sea breeze, so we'd recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for later in the night. There's also always a small chance of a spring shower, so keep that in mind when packing. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so you'll want to dress for a garden party: think elegant but comfortable, and maybe skip the stilettos if you're worried about grass or cobblestones! For dinner and dancing, we'll be under a tent, so you'll be sheltered and comfortable for the rest of the evening. We'd also kindly ask that you wear pastel colors: think soft pinks, lavenders, sage greens, and baby blues. It'll make for a beautiful setting and stunning photos for everyone!
