FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kylie Abernathy and Justin Claspill
Question

How do I RSVP for the wedding?

Answer

A QR code and link to the wedding website are included on the invitation. All invited guests will be able to register on the website, and we ask that you RSVP by April 27. If you have issues with completing your RSVP please reach out to Melissa at melissaabernathy49@yahoo.com.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

For guests that are traveling from other locations (or those who just want to stay overnight), we have a block of rooms at The Sheraton in Jeffersonville (link on the wedding website). We love this location because guests can easily walk between the venue and the hotel. There are many other options in the area as well on both the Indiana and Kentucky sides of the river.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be adults only with the exception of children in our immediate family. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Guests can only bring a plus one if their invitation indicates one. Thank you for understanding.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Women may wear dresses, dressy pantsuits, or cocktail dresses. Men may wear dress slacks and nice shirts—jackets are optional! The venue has a lot of outdoor space that we hope to use throughout the event. A light jacket for the evening may be a good idea.

Question

What if I have other questions?

Answer

We hope that we have provided enough information but if you have questions that we haven’t answered please feel free to email us at melissaabernathy49@yahoo.com and we will get you the information you need.

Question

What should I expect the day of the wedding?

Answer

Guests should plan on arriving between 4:30 and 4:55. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00. Cocktail hour follows immediately after the wedding. The reception and dinner will begin following cocktail hour with dancing/entertainment to follow.
