Kiani and Justin first met while working at ToysRus in Fremont in 2012. Kiani always thought that Justin was "cute." She will never miss a moment to tell stories of how Justin would always take off his red uniform shirt and clean the store in a white tank top & tattoos showing during closing shifts. She'll tell you that it was such a "bro" and "douchebag" thing to do, but let's be real - it's what started her attraction to him. In 2013, their friendship really started when Justin asked Kiani for advice on how to ask another girl out. (LOL, true story though) At that time, Kiani supported this move & gave him "advice"...but long story short - it did not work out (or happen at all - a testament to both of their "game"). This somehow resulted in a shift of their friendship to them texting daily, making inside jokes (like their porn names would be Justin Schlongher and Nani Punani), and hanging out after work. The first time that Kiani and Justin hung out, knowing that they were a little more than friends, was at a Giants game. Kiani was working at the Fan Photobooth with the World Series trophies and Justin convinced his best friend, Zack, to go to the game to see her. Justin and Zack came to the booth during the 7th inning, Kiani and Justin took their “first” photo together, and they finished watching the game together. A few days later, on May 23rd 2013, Kiani and Justin went on their first date. They went to Maggiano’s, got gelato, and watched a bootleg copy of Fast & the Furious 6 at Justin’s house (this is when Kiani also met Lyn and Larry for the first time, LOL). Since then and until now, they have experienced many “firsts” together, their first: Concert, Disneyland trip, holiday season, music festival, Giants World Series win, county fair photobooth pic, adopting a tortoise (Koopa), Warriors Finals win, college graduation, family reunion, 49ers Super Bowl appearance, adopting a dog (Brixton), moving in to a house together…the list goes on. Many of these events they have been fortunate enough to experience seconds, thirds, and many mores.
