Question
I've never been camping on the Rim. What can I expect?
Answer
April showers bring May flowers :) With that being said the Rim should be absolutely gorgeous and green. However, the weather will still be making up its mind. It can range anywhere from 40 F to 75 F. Keep in mind it will be cooler in the evenings and early mornings. There is no camping fee since it is a dispersed camping site.

What is dispersed camping?
Answer
Dispersed camping means no services provided that's why it is free. So there is no trash removal, no facilities such as tables and fire pits, and no running water. Please be mindful of your footprint and pick up after yourself.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at Mrytle point no later than 2pm on Friday, May 14th.

What can we expect in regards to food?
Answer
You are responsible to bring your own food and beverages outside of Friday night's dinner and Saturday Mornings's light breakfast. Friday's dinner will consist of pulled pork, beans, salad, and cornbread. Saturday morning we will provide breakfast burrito makings.

Will alcohol be provided?
Answer
We will have a champagne toast after the ceremony but all other alcohol is BYOC - Bring Your Own Cooler :) We ask that remember the reason why we are getting together on May 14th and drink responsibly!
