We actually met on Facebook dating (He hit like first). We started talking back and forth for about a month and found that we only live about 2 miles from each other. On our first date Justin hobbled to the door as he had broken his foot about a week before. We had a great time and just talked about so many of the things we had in common and liked. We then set up our second date which he ended up sleeping through and I had thought maybe it was a different day. When he woke up, he panicked and couldn't find his wallet or keys. We rescheduled and then the pandemic hit and shut everything down. We where finally able to go on our second-third date and we just really clicked and became a couple.

We where on vacation in Flordia visiting Justin's dad and getting our Star Wars on at Disney because we are nerds... We drove down to Port Charlotte and had dinner at this amazing restaurant right on the beach overlooking the ocean. After dinner we went walking on the beach to look for seashells and to watch the sunset... I was picking up a sand dollar when I turned around and found Justin on one knee asking if I would marry him all the while his dad was videotaping us. Justin says I had a deer in headlights reaction and was tongue tied but I did get the word yes out.
