If you have any questions regarding what measures we are taking for the wedding, please feel free to reach out. A few things to note: - Masks are encouraged but optional (the bride/groom will not be wearing masks) - The ceremony (weather pending) will be outside with plenty of space to be socially distant - Hand sanitizer will be readily available - Upon request guests may be seated in a less crowded area with less people / less people at the table - though this will be partly separate from the main area/events. - Food will be served by masked caterers
Although we are hoping that we can have all our family and friends present for our big day, the government and state rules and restrictions due to COVID-19 may force us to ask some of our guests to join us virtually. Please know that these decisions will be EXTREMELY difficult and that it breaks our heart to not be able to have everyone there in person... HOWEVER, we are staying positive and we ask for your patience and understanding during these difficult and incredibly unpredictable times and to be mindful of this when making travel plans.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Yes there is plenty of parking on the premises.
Yes. There will be a shuttle from hotel to venue - details to follow. For everyone else - It is a straight shot from the hotel to the venue down Mechanicsville Turnpike/360. In lieu of Ubers/Lifts/other rides, we recommend that you make your travel arrangements ahead of time as there is limited service/WiFi at the venue.
Please let us know if you have any allergies. Dinner will be buffet style but we will do our best to accommodate!
ASAP or by August 1! Given the importance (even more than usual!) of a head count, we ask that our guests RSVP as soon as they can either electronically or by contacting the Groom and Bride.
