Our Love Story
Kasey and Justin have known each other for about 13 years. They met in 2012 when they were in college in Greensboro. They have been good friends since their college days, often seeing each other at the same jam and funk shows. Justin is an avid bass player and they have many mutual friends through the local music scene.
After graduation, Kasey moved to pursue her dream job at the Georgia Sea Turtle Center and Georgia Aquarium. Justin pursued his engineering career with Kontoor Brands, the company that makes Lee and Wrangler jeans.
Kasey moved back to Greensboro in 2018 to be closer to family and to work for American Red Cross. The two were instantly drawn to each other and have been together ever since! They bought a house in Greensboro in 2022, enjoy travelling, the outdoors, live music, and their cat, Phee. Justin proposed to Kasey in Las Vegas before seeing their favorite band, Phish at the Sphere. They are excited for many years of love, friendship, and adventures ahead!
