The short version? Kaelie's brother placed her as a bet in a poker game, lost on purpose, making Justin the winner. They took the joke and ran, feelings developed, and Justin (finally!) asked her out to watch fireworks on July 4, 2024. Since then, they've been inseparable. Justin proposed at their favorite spot at Pickerel Lake on 10/18/2025, the one year anniversary of the first "I love you," (awww!!) and they can't wait to start their lives together <3
